The Corinthian Sailing Foundation was established in 2004 as a philanthropic outreach initiative of the members of the Corinthian Yacht Club. Although closely related to the CYC, the Foundation is an independent non-profit corporation, with an independent Board of Directors.
Supporting the Community
Through the Foundation, donors are provided with an opportunity to promote the Corinthian spirit of amateur sailing and competition, celebrate the CYC’s history of supporting that spirit, and share their love of sailing and maritime education with children from Marblehead and surrounding communities.
The CYC community is committed to developing a philanthropic ethos that will grow and sustain the Foundation in its mission to promote national and international amateur sailing, competition and maritime education.
